Non US Residents: Please make sure to include a phone number on your order. Customs requires a phone number on all shipments. If you do not provide us with a phone number, your order can not be shipped and will be delayed until the number is provided.

Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days.
Once order has been pulled and shipped, the time in transit depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Returns: will accept returns on defective product ONLY. No other returns will be accepted. If you have a defective product, please use our Contact Us page to have a return authorized.
